  • 50 Push Ups or plank Shoulder Taps

  • 50 Glute Bridge  

  • 400m Run

  • 50 Walking Lunges 

  • 50 Sit Ups or V Ups (add weight to make more challenging)

  • 50 Push Press (backpack Or Odd Object)  

  • 50 Super Mans Back Extensios

  • 400m Run

  • 50 Burpees

  • 50 Jump rope (imaginary)

  • 400m Run
