  • 5 Ball Toss 
  • 10 Air Squats

AMRAP 5 Minutes: 

  • Prowler Push 1 Way
  • 10 Hanging Knee Raise 

AMRAP 5 Minutes: 

  • 5 V up 
  • 10 sit ups
