  • 20 Burpee over bar
  • 30 Hang power snatches  (75/55)
  • 40 overhead squats (75/55) 
  • 50/35 cal bike

 

Fitness:  For time:  

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats
Bar-facing burpees
After completion spend 5 minutes working up to heavy single on Deadlift
